How To Make Kale Lemonade

Are you tired of just drinking water all day? What if I told you that with a few ingredients you can drink a healthy version of lemonade! Check out this recipe to add some variety into your hydration!





  • 3 large kale leaves
  • 1 Apple, cored and chopped
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Cup filtered water


1.       Wash all ingredients

2.       Remove thick center rib of kale leaves and apple core

3.       Juice all ingredients

4.       Serve
